Organic Chinese Green Tea
Heat water just below boiling (180°). Steep 1 teaspoon (2.5 g/8 oz. cup) up to 3 minutes. *Vary time according to taste. Be mindful that steeping tea longer doesn't make the flavor better - only bitter*
