This perenially harvested oolong tea is lightly oxidized to provide a delicate flavor similar to that of a green tea with notes of honey & pineapple alongside delicate fragrances of lilac & orchard.

STEEPING INSTRUCTIONS
Heat water to below boiling (approximately 195-205°). Rinse leaves by pouring water over the leaves and discarding water immediately. Steep 2-3 teaspoon (3-5 g/6-8 oz. cup) up for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Steep up to 4 minutes as many times as desired. **oolong leaves are traditionally steeped several times per sitting**
TO BREW ICED TEA
Steep 2 teaspoons in 8 oz. water, add sweetener as desired, then simply pour over ice.
