DESCRIPTION
This earthy green tea is blended with traditional masala spices to create a milder chai with a refreshing hint of peppermint and ginger. Perfect enjoyed on its own or brewed in traditional chai style with sweetener and milk.
Heat water to rolling boil (212°). Steep 1 teaspoon (2.5 g/8 oz. cup) up to 5 minutes. OR Simmer 1 tsp of Chai with 1/2 Cup Milk and desired sweetener. Gradually add 1/2 cup water. Strain before serving.
TO BREW ICED TEA
Follow desired brewing method using 2 teaspoons of Chai, then simply pour over ice.
