STEEPING INSTRUCTIONS
Heat water just below boiling (180°). Steep 1 teaspoon (2.5 g/8 oz. cup) up to 3 minutes. For a traditional brew, sweeten as desired. *Vary time according to taste. Be mindful that steeping tea longer doesn't make the flavor better - only bitter*
TO BREW ICED TEA
Steep 2 teaspoons in 8 oz. water, add sweetener as desired, then simply pour over ice.
