This compressed Pu-erh Tuo Cha ("Bowl Tea") from Yunnan is a smooth dark tea with a deep, robust earthy taste.

Hailing from the Yunnan province of China, this semi-rare "Bowl Tea" is fermented in underground caves, giving it a robust, earthy flavor. STEEPING INSTRUCTIONS
One tuo-cha is good for a small pot or several cups over. Simply unwrap the tissue covering, place the tuo-cha in the chosen vessel & pour rolling boil water (212°). Or Heat water until just below boiling (190° - 205°). Refresh with water as often as desired.
TO BREW ICED TEA
Brew one small pot, add sweetener as desired, then simply pour over ice.
